Bill Self will miss the Big 12 Tournament but, according to KU, "did not suffer a heart attack."
Bill Self missed Thursday's game against West Virginia, which KU won 78–61.
"did not have a heart attack," which may have put an end to certain internet theories.
According to the University of Kansas Health System, no additional medical information will be made public for the time being.
